Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

All credit and debit card transactions are handled by PayPal on their own SSL secured server.

PayPal take security very seriously, and they assure your credit card details are securely sent from your computer to PayPal, with 128-bits industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer protocol) encryption.

Alivié Childrenswear Boutique will not be given your credit or debit card details from PayPal. All we receive from PayPal is a message informing us that they have received your payment.

Typing and Publishing Errors

We shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, any typographical or other errors or omissions found on this website. We reserve the right to make product and pricing changes without notice.

Specifications, features and promotions about the products found on our website are obtained from the manufacturer and may be changed by the manufacturer without our knowledge at any time.

Should a product be shown at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on that product, even when the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been debited for your order and the order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to your credit card account.

Returns Policy

Our priority is always customer satisfaction so aim to handle all enquiries and orders with efficiency and to the best of our ability. We always hope you are more than satisfied with your purchase but recognise that there can be certain issues with the goods once they are received. We are therefore happy to offer a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your items.

We stress that in order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn and with all the labels still attached.

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase and a copy of the receipt should be enclosed in the parcel. All successfully returned items can only be credited to the account originally used to purchase the items. We are also unable to refund any shipping charges. It is recommended that an insured method of delivery is used when returning items as Alivie will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

With exchanges, your new item(s) will be dispatched to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.

Please note, sale items and special orders we only offer a credit note or exchange - no refunds will be given.
